Cancellation Policy

All services booked require a non-refundable 25% deposit. Deposits will be kept for any no-shows & cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, and cannot go towards a service on a future date. There is a 5 minute grace period in place if a client is running late to an appointment; all deposits will also be kept if client is late past the 5 minute grace period, and the appointment needs to be rescheduled to a future date.
